Originally, The Hotel had thirteen very small sleeping rooms upstairs for weary miners with a Great Room downstairs for meals. Today there are five bedrooms, four baths, a lobby, the large kitchen and a Social Room added by community members in 1934. Now as then the Hotel cares for the weary and the hungry.
The Mountain Sweet is a two room suite of rooms together with a private bath with shower. The larger room has a king bed and windows on three sides each with a mountain view. The smaller room has a set of bunk beds; just right for a family.
The Eldorado has a full sized bed and a private bath with a jet tub and shower.
The First Floor No stairs required is a benefit for some. This room has a private bath with a shower. The Room has its own wood burning stove and a king sized bed.

In the early 1930s the Eldora community came together to create a club room for those who contributed funds for construction and dues for its operation. This Social Room at The Goldminer Hotel is used today for local community meetings, educational programs reminiscent of Chautauqua, potlucks; all of those activities of a small town.
The front of the first floor is a sitting room and lobby.
The back of the Hotel on this floor is the large farm type kitchen.
